NokiShoes offers footwear design consultancy, sustainable fashion advisory, and brand development services tailored to the South African apparel industry. All service scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement or project proposal signed by both parties.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the services. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of NokiShoes.
All original designs, concepts, brand strategies, and materials created by NokiShoes remain our intellectual property until full payment for the relevant project is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. NokiShoes retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
NokiShoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that market outcomes (e.g., sales, brand recognition) will result from our consultancy work.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. NokiShoes reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town.
